Refund Policy
At Fido & Felix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refunds
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- You must request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Non-Refundable Items
- Grooming products that have been opened or used
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as "final sale"
Refund Process
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] with your order details
- Return the item to us (you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error)
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after we've approved it, please contact your credit card company or payment provider as it may take some time for the refund to be posted. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color if available. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
